近日访问多家外贸婚纱电商独立站都会跳出这张图，这并不是黑客行为，而是美国婚纱协会通过法律手段进行的维权。据悉，这次被集体起诉的网站共有两千多家，其中知名企业踏浪旗下的tbdress.com(Alexa全球排名八千多名)也名列其中。
众所周知，衣服类产品在中国对外出口占有相当大的比重，而且利润越来越薄，笔者就知道很多几万UV的网站实际并不太挣钱，整个产业十分地的不健康。婚纱礼服虽然在各平台上也有一些卖白菜价的二货，但总体而言，利润还是比较高的，隐藏着不少“土豪”。
每年美国婚纱协会都会想出一些方法来和这些中国卖家进行博弈，小到DMCA投诉，大到PayPal直接封号，曾经就听闻有人PayPal账号内的几十万美金被冻结。而今年这种规模的集体起诉还是首例，当然踏浪这种级别的公司公关还是比较及时的，今天网站已经可以正常访问了，其它企业或个人就没有这么幸运了。
这次采取的措施是直接回收域名，而且并不像之前业内人士所说的只回收.com域名，可以看出.co.uk也并未能幸免。
其实这次事件所反映出的问题并不仅仅是婚纱行业，很多国内做外贸的都存在类似问题，就是企业不拥有自主研发且有竞争力的产品。随着国内人工成本的上升我们的成本优势早就不比从前，很多人已经意识到了这个问题并走在了前面，但是要振兴中国的外贸需要整个产业链都刷新思想共同进步。
